I’ve carefully cultivated an exquisite experience where you’ll have the opportunity to focus on true embodiment and transformational self-care with me in person. 

My dear friend just opened up an intimate retreat center just 15 minutes outside of Downtown Dallas in a quaint small country town off the beaten path… the perfect venue for deep self-care!

Space is limited to only 12 women, which gives us the opportunity to go deep together so you can fully drop into the playful and powerful practices that I’ll be guiding you through.

I fully believe in the power of retreats to help us get out of our own way so that we can experience our own deep inner truths.  

But bringing this new found awareness back into our "normal" lives can sometimes be challenging.

As a retreat participant you'll receive 2 post-retreat group coaching sessions to help you integrate your experience. ($200 value)

You also receive a private coaching session with me to focus on your individual processing and integration. ($350 value)
Cancelation Policy
Before October 15th: if you need to cancel for any reason, we will refund the amount paid minus a $250 administration fee. 

From Oct 15th - Nov 15th: There are no refunds but you may transfer your paid spot to another woman, sending a female friend or family member to the retreat in your place.

If the retreat is sold out and you are unable to find someone to take your place, we will invite someone from our waitlist. If we are able to find a replacement, we will refund the amount paid minus a $250 administration fee. 

After Nov 15th, There are no refunds or transfers.
I understand that you're a tantra teacher...Are the practices you'll be teaching sexual in nature? 
I am a triple certified Life Coach, and the most profound and impactful training I've received to date is my Love, Sex, Relationship Certification from the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality.  While we will have lectures on the power of pleasure for healing and also practices based in pleasure, none of the practices will be implicitly or explicitly sexual. 
Will I have my own room?
Because of the nature of the retreat center, all accommodations are shared, however, you will have your own bed.
Do I need to have taken any of your courses or have had private coaching with you to come to the retreat?
No. It’s not necessary to have taken any of my courses to attend this retreat.
I am an absolute beginner when it comes to yoga...Will I be able to do the classes?
I will offer morning yoga sessions that are appropriate for all levels and all body types.  So yes... you can do it and you thrive in my classes!
What type of practices will we be doing at the retreat?
We'll be doing traditional meditations and yoga classes. We'll be using meals to practice deeper connection to our food and body. We'll be doing feminine embodiment breathwork processes.  We'll be doing Tantric Initiations and powerful goddessy things.  We'll be sharing and transforming. We'll be doing sexy catwalks and a lot of wild dance breaks. We'll be playing and celebrating and coming home to ourselves.  That sort of magic.
This all sounds exciting, but I'm a little scared.
It's totally normal to feel excited and scared at the same time when you've made the decision to up-level your consciousness and learn deeper levels of self care.  

I think it's important to come with an open and curious mind, and a willingness to try new things.  I am a big believer in loving, supportive transformation.  You can always set a boundary or do what you need to do to feel safe.  In fact, creating better inner and outer boundaries will be one of our main focuses here!  

However, real personal transformation involves letting go of what has held you back before.  Sometimes that can feel scary or uncomfortable, but if you stay with the process, you'll find freedom and empowerment on the other side. If that sounds like something you'd like to get in on, then this retreat is for you!
Do I have to have any previous experience from this type of embodiment work?
No. you don’t need any previous experience with breathwork or other embodied modalities.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a therapeutic holistic practice that utilizes connected inhales and exhales to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Where is the Retreat?
In a giant old house that has been completely gutted and transformed into a beautiful cozy retreat sanctuary in a small country town 15 minutes outside of Dallas.  (Exact address given once you've registered)

Depending on traffic, it's a 30-40 min drive from DFW international airport, or a 20-30 minute drive from Dallas Love Field. 
What type of food and drinks will be served?
Prepared in house by a local chef, our delicious and healthy meals will be made from only the freshest, natural, and local ingredients. All meals and snacks will be gluten and dairy free and includes meat and vegetarian dishes..  YES we will be enjoying desserts (made of only natural sweeteners like dates and coconut palm sugar).  Included with your stay is breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.  Coffee and fresh squeezed juice are offered in the mornings.  Teas and purified water are available all day.
